I was searching a perfect dosa tawa ... And this tawa is really very nice...without chemical coating.
i used the tawa for the first time in my life, it takes some effort for the first time, but once you know how to use it, how to wash and how to pre-season it. It makes your life a bit easier.
I frankly do not want to use so called Non Stick aluminum in my life ever, they release chemicals, are contain different kind of checmical and hiding in different names of coating like granite, plasma , but at the bottom it is still the same TEFLON like very dangerous chemicals.
While the dosa tawa from Human Hydro , it is super healthy because it is coated with Natural Oil , similar to what we use in our home on daily basis to make it "Non Stick", i wish i had known this brand earlier.
